Hello Paula. Yes, you've hit the nail directly on the head when you say its a learning process. There's a wealth of information out there, but some lessons are only learned by bumping the head a couple of times. Trust me, I have the knots to prove it lol. I am glad to see you here, and I hope we prevent you from getting any more ooh-wee's lol.
