Hi y'all from down in Arkansas! I thought I introduced myself here when I joined but apparently not!
I'm a freelance journalist strictly in print right now but I'm trying to get hip to the online business world. I'm learning slowly. If I surround myself with people who know what they are doing perhaps I will learn something, or at least be in a good position to get some help!
I've been in the newspaper business 18 years, the last two as a freelancer. I write human interest stories about people and places in Arkansas. You can read some of them on my
website, and I make announcements about what is on there in my
blog that justinpowell built for me.
I built my website a few months ago with no knowledge of what I was doing but it has come a long way in a short time with the help of my Internet buddies, particularly justinpowell and the great people on his forum. It still needs some work, but I'm learning. I added the blogs this week. It all is mostly for my own entertainment but also to make the information available. The way it's going, though, I might soon turn it into an online business.
