Default New Forum Rules

By using this forum, you agree to abide by the following rules.
Failure to follow these rules could result in a ban!

1 – English Only – All posts must be written in English. No exceptions! Anyone caught posting in a language other than English will receive a permanent infraction.

2 – One Account Only – You are permitted a maximum of one account, active or inactive, regardless of who you are. If you choose to ignore this restriction, all of your accounts will be banned.

3 – Your Behavior – Use common sense and show respect to ALL of your fellow forum members. Do not flame, demoralize, demean or cause problems for anyone on the forum. Any posts that disrupt the general peace will be deleted without warning. Repeat offenders will be issued an infraction or banned at our discretion.

4 – Profanity & Slander – BlackHatWorld is supposed to be an enjoyable forum. We don't intend to censor messages based on the opinions expressed within posts, but we will enforce the policies outlined both here and on the forum for excessive profanity/slander. Use common sense and keep in mind that we may have youngsters here.

5 – Racial slurs – Racial slurs are not allowed here. Besides, the only color that should matter around here is GREEN

6 – No Nudity – We are trying to run a decent forum here, so no nude pictures are allowed. No nudity or porn related stuff is allowed in signatures or avatars either. Doing so will result in a temp ban until you change it. No nudity of minors. Period. I don't care if it's legal in your country. In this country, a minor is considered anyone under the age of 18.

7 – Prohibited Topics – The following topics are no longer allowed to be discussed on this forum and will result in a ban:

* Hacking or anything hacking related
* Botnets
* Identify Theft
* Carding (credit cards)
* Pharma stuff (prescription meds)
* Ponzi schemes
* Cash gifting
* Race
* Religion
* Politics
* Begging for money
* Asking to be tutored
* Asking why someone was banned (PM a mod!)
* Asking why a thread/post was deleted or closed (again, PM a mod!)

8 – Prohibited Activities – The following activities are no longer allowed on this forum and will result in a ban.

* Currency Trades or Exchanges (Example: Exchanging PayPal money for eGold money)
* Buying/Selling CPA accounts (EPN accounts are permitted w/ blank TaxID ONLY)
* Buying/Selling Social Security Numbers or Identities
* CPA offer filling circles
* Paying to have CPA or Affiliate offers filled
* Requesting fake review comments for other forums' BST sections
* Digg / Stumble (or similar) requests & trades
* Pre-sell / hype threads (must have explicit permission from the staff)

9 – Hacking – This is NOT a blackhat hacking forum, this is a blackhat MARKETING forum. Discussion of hacking topics, methods, theories, or anything hacking-related is STRICTLY prohibited! Posting hacking software or tools is also strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a permanent ban. If you wish to discuss hacking stuff, please visit www.payperinstalls.org

10 – Promoting Other Forums – You are not allowed to promote other forums here by any means, not even in your signature. I don't care if you own it, your friend owns it, or your grandma owns it. You are not allowed to promote other forums here without permission from a staff member.

11 – Affiliate Links – Affiliate links are only allowed in the Affiliate Programs section of the forum, or in your signature. This includes links to your websites or blogs which redirect to an affiliate link. If you wish to let people know about a new website or program, create ONE thread in the Affiliate Programs forum and provide detailed info about the program and include 2 links: one affiliate link and one non-affililate link. You MUST give them the choice to sign up under you or not. Also, do not try to avoid our rules by making a post about an affilliate program you found, where you ask people to PM you for the info. This is no different than affiliate link spam. If you are caught breaking these rules, your affiliate link will be removed and an infraction or ban will be given at our discretion.

12 – Spam – Absolutely no spam of any kind is allowed here. This includes posting your affiliate links in the forum as well as PM spam. If you're caught spamming, you will be permanently banned from this forum. No warnings, no questions asked, no second chances. If you have a great opportunity or product you want to tell people about, stick it into your signature and make real posts.

13 – Post Count Inflation / Reply Spam – Do not post excessive amounts of short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous “thanks for the share” & other short, worthless posts. If you’d like to say “thanks” to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button; That’s what it’s there for. If you are caught inflating your post count, all of your replies will be deleted without notice and an infraction or ban will be issued.

14 – PM Solicitation – Do not try to sell anything via PM. Do not ask people to PM you for information, only to try to sell it to them after they contact you. If you have something you want to sell on this forum, you MUST post it in the For Sale section, which requires staff approval. If you are caught soliciting via PM, your account will be banned without notice.

15 – Signatures – You must be a member of the forum for 30 days and have 50 quality posts before you will be allowed to use a signature on this forum. In order to use links or images in your signature, you need to be a Donor. You may post 2-3 affiliate links or 1 SMALL banner in your signature. Do not use a font size larger than 2, crazy fonts/colors, sound clips, excessive smileys, or anything else annoying. We reserve the right to change, delete or rearrange your signature as we see fit at any time.

16 – Cookie Stuffing – You are not allowed to discuss Cookie Stuffing on this forum until you have at least 50 quality posts and have been a member for at least 30 days. Anyone caught trying to actually cookie stuff this forum will be banned without warning.

17 – The Report Button – If you find a post that looks like it's in direct violation of the forum rules, please report it to us by using the report button (the ! button). There is a report button next to every post, as well as in each PM that you receive. Clicking it will send an email to every Administrator and Moderator informing them of the post's or PM's location, so that we can find it and take care of the problem. This is the best way to fight against spammers or people who are trying to cause trouble. If you just ignore it, it may never get addressed! Reporting a post is completely anonymous; the person you are reporting will not know who reported the post.

18 – The Thanks Button – If you have found the information from another member useful or helpful, please make use of the Thanks button, instead of posting a reply that merely says “thank you". This helps us keep the forum clean and free of clutter, and helps to improve the other person's reputation on this forum. You may also use the Rep button (little scale) to give another user positive or negative rep as you fit, and can include a brief note to the other member. Do not abuse our Thanks or Rep system, doing so will result in a ban.

19 – iTrader – iTrader is a member rating system, similar to eBay's feedback system. It allows you to leave a Positive, Neutral, or Negative rating for someone, based on their performance as a buyer or seller, after conducting a business transaction with them. iTrader ratings are viewable by the public, which allows you to view other member's iTrader scores and judge whether or not you should conduct business with them.

Note: iTrader is only to be used AFTER a business transaction has occured. If you are considering leaving someone negative iTrader feedback, we suggest that you do all that you can to contact the other party and resolve your problems with them directly. Please be patient and remember that people have to sleep and cannot be online all the time. Do NOT abuse our iTrader system! Anyone caught leaving fraudulent iTrader ratings will be banned without warning.

20 – Infractions and Bans – Our Admins & Mods have the right to issue infractions or bans as they see fit. If you receive 3 infractions on this forum, it will result in a permanent ban.

I agree with you.

But I feel that 1 warning is a bit harsh.

It may happen that something was unintentional.

So maybe you could reconsider???

Regards.

Veena,

Thank you for your input . Of course it depends on the circumstances. If it is an accident, that would be a different situation. If it was an accident, then the user could send a pm explaining the situation and we would reconsider.

The rules are not to do anything but make this a better place for all.

Best regards,

Jamison

Hi all,
I completely agree and understand the part about not wanting this to become one big add board. My question is this: how will a complete moron like myself get the hold my hand kind of info someone like me needs?
Thanks,
Bob

A warning would be good and a prompt to make changes or be in danger of consequences. I would also add something to the warning about how NOT to make the mistake. Some are really just mistakes because many of us, like myself are newbies and probably do not even know why we have made the mistake. Maybe there can be something in effect as to HOW NOT GET BANNED on the front page in clear verbage for us newbies? Then, one warning is pretty good, I would think. Thanks for letting me put my input as a total newbie.

I like others would appreciate a little hand holding. I am a true newbie, and would like to have a clear understanding of the rules. Thanks in advance.
