AMEN I am so ready. I use to live in Washington right on the border of Oregon and i sure do miss the nice people. I feel like i moved into a rat race where no one cares about anyone but themselves and they will cut you off to get there. Anywho i had to get that off my shoulders.

Welcome. I too am somewhat new, only a few days old. lol So far it's really nice here and everyone is very helpful. I was wondering about the 50 posts too but figured it had something to do with not wanting people just lurking the site. I hope I can get 50 posts. This is my first. I'm in grad school, working on a compentency paper, internship two days a week and a 20 month old who DEMANDS 100% of my attention.

I too had tried the survey sites, one of them that paid you with money changed to where you have to use the money on your account towards discounts. I'm not happy about this because I've actually had surveys that paid from $.50 - $12 and now have $82, can't get the cash and they have nothing I would want discounts on.

Good luck!

I posted before about these sites but I believe it is worth a second mention.

Ripoffreport.com is an unregulated site that uses complaints to "strong arm business" for money to post a rebuttal and "good rating" for a business.

How do I know this? I was an ops manager for a furniture chain in our area and I had to deal with them on bogus complaints. Their actual response to me was "for a business fee we will "investigate" the claims and post a satisfactory rating for your business"

Let me ask you this.

How easy would it be for me to make a site such as ripoffbusinesses.com and get a bunch of people to post bad things about a business.

Would you judge a business based upon that? Of course not you are too smart for that.

Who are the people that run ripoffreport.com and scam.com? You do not know. What is their motive for having their site?

Do you believe they do it as charity work out of the goodness of their hearts? No of course they do not. They do it to make money.

How do they make money? By performing legal extortion against business in return for favorable ratings.

The BEST and ONLY way to find out about a business is to talk to the people who are in the business and what their experience has been.

My business as an example. You would not have to take my word for it. I can put you in touch with dozens and dozens of people who have all had great experiences and made good money from it AND customers who love the service.

Now I do not say this to deflect or defend any posts about the company I work for on ripoffreport.com.

As a matter of fact that site has 75 complaints about our company. Sounds like alot huh? If you took it at face value it would seem like alot.

Now consider our company has 70,000 home workers AND over 2 million customers. Does not seem like much now does it? You have to consider all factors. BTW, ripoffreport does give our company a good rating because of our good faith in resolving ALL complaints and issues.

You have to understand there are motives for these sites to being doing what they do and it is to make money off businesses. The more complaints about a company the more leverage they have to get fees from a company.

Not sure what you are asking. This is probably the best legitimate work from home forum I have found anywhere online.
