I'm using Weaverslave for HTML, CSS, PHP & Co.

Or do you want a "What you see is what you get Editor" like Dreamweaver?

I use Dreamweaver CS3, it's really easy to use. That or MS FrontPage.

Hi

I use Arachnophilia, which is free, but isn't super user friendly. However, once you know a little bit, it is very clean and doesn't bloat your code like other free editors. It stays out of your way and is very useful.

I use Kompozer. Of course, being free, it satisfy my need at this moment. I may upgrade to Dreamweaver when I have enough money.
