I am looking for a very experienced ethical web designer who will take care of any problems or changes I may need for my sites on a p/t time basis.

You must have the following:

* Working knowledge of xhtml for min. 1 year
* Working knowledge of CSS for min. 2-3 yrs.
* You are W3C & understand & make sure every site you work on is validated for all major browsers & a MAC, as well as for code structure & fast loading times.
* Working knowledge of Dreameweaver, templates & editable regions, min. 2-4 yrs.
* You can take any PSD & create it into a site.
* Working knowledge of flash an asset, but not mandetory
* Working knowledge of PHP, but not mandetory
* User interface knowledge an asset, but not mandetory

Personality requirements

* Sharp & if something doesn't make sense, you ask questions, instead of just working robotically.
* Great communication skills
* You are ethical & honest in how much you charge & what you do & don't know how to do.
* You are ambitious & wish to grow with this company.

You will take care of any problems or coding changes I may need for my sites. I don't need you for design issues.

This is a p/t job that will increase in hours as I grow.

* Advanced working knowledge of Dreamweaver MX 2004 including advanced working experience with templates & editable regions, min. (2-4 yrs.)

[As an alternative I may consider switching to SSI if it won't take too long to switch me over]

* You would never ever consider taking a job & then quiting a day or two later because something better came along.
