Default What Kind Of Value Do You Offer Your Team?

In today's world of network marketing there are so many people at the

breaking point and ready to trade their dreams back in to settle for the life

of a J.O.B. The people who sponsored them have no real system in place and no

real value to offer their team members. They have been left out in the

coldness of this industry to try and figure out what works and what does not.

The small amount of guidance they did receive consisted of prehistoric mlm

tactics that just flat out do not work. (I.E. Make a list, 3 foot rule etc....

)

Constantly aware of the above given facts I continually strive to better my

skills by buying books, attending trainings etc... Everything I can get my

hands on that has anything to do with this wonderful industry we call network

marketing. In doing so I become more valuable to the person seeking advice on

how to build their business, and am able to actually point them in the right

direction. It is so awesome and gives me a great sense of pride to be able to

help as many people as I can avoid the heartache that I had to endure over

the years.

There is hope in this industry folks, all we have to do is dig deep within

ourselves and find the staying power. Next, education is crucial, the lack

thereof creates the scenario described above, and without it we are doing

anyone we come in contact a huge disservice.

So ask yourself, are you spending the time necessary developing yourself into

a leader? Do you have a system in place for your team members to do the same?

Can you honestly help your team build an organization by providing then with

a proven system for generating plenty of qualified leads, or are you still

following the advice of an up line who really has no idea how to effectively

train anyone including him/herself?

As the saying goes "you cannot continue to do the same old thing and expect

to get different results" so it's time to make a change. You owe it to

yourself, your family and your team. Only you can decide to make it happen,

don't wait till it's too late.

Once we let the fire that drives our passion for this industry burn out it is very hard to reach your goals

Ah... okay... thanks, Marc.

I see it a little differently, though. I don't have passion for network marketing as such. And I'd be surprised if the millions who have attempted network marketing got into it because they have a passion for it. From what I can tell, most people pretty much hate it.

In fact, I wouldn't even be doing it if I hadn't discovered a company who not only removes the need to 'sell', but one who serves my real passion.

When I speak of passion for the industry it can be translated as a passion to help people. When individuals come into this industry and are not properly trained they lose this passion soon turns to frustration because they lack they skills to help anyone including themselves. Anyone who hates this industry develops this hate for the same reason. Network marketing can truly be a joy when done properly
