I am ashamed to say that I did quit once, for about 9 weeks, and then started up again. I really do want to quit, I think I'm just really scared that I will fail again.

Anyway, those who want to quit, just do it, my wife is living proof that it can be done, she gave up smoking 2 years ago. Those who want to smoke, eventhough it might be bad, we still live in a free world and it's your life.

That seems to be the main problem I have too, stress relief. I tried the gum therapy, but now my Dr. told me not to chew gum, because of a jaw condition called TMJ. Darned if you do and Darned if you don't
Anyway, I have made alot of progress, and I'm not smoking even half what I did, the cold turkey thing has never worked for me. I'm just going to keep cutting it down until I completely stop. Seems to be working so far
