November Competition

I have three ideas.

First idea is to have a posting contest where user with the most number of replies in his/her threads will win.

Second idea is like the first but instead of the user with the most replied threads, we will count the replies on threads by the user's referrals.

Third, the winner is the one with the most active referral.

I agree with the post about SEO
Except we should all start a blog not an actual minisite, since blogs are free.
The Mods should pick up to 5 different topics that we can choose from and not just a keyword, because that would be really hard and time consuming, and a lot of people won't have any time for THB if they do that!

Another idea for a competition would be for the Mods to choose an Affiliate program or product for use to market. We will then all market using all of the different techniques we talk about on THB, and whoever makes the most money wins the competition. We would all have to start fresh and not use a list, website, or blog we already own. Everything will be as if just starting... Completely new!

If you use this idea it should be the number of unique poster to the thread.

Hi all, my name is Dave and I'm the new owner of this forum. I snatched it up from Paul because he's too busy to maintain it any more. I am a 'work from homer' and have been for 3+ years now, so I have a real interest in this field!

I stumbled across this competition section of the site last night, and was concerned that no winner had been determined, and no prizes had been rewarded. So today I asked Paul about it, and he said he'd honor the prizes still. Which is very cool of him, considering he's no longer the owner! So give me 48 hours to choose a winner and I'll post it here. Then Paul will award you the prizes!!!

BTW, I intend to keep doing competitions like this!
