Hello Everyone,

I have been coming here for awhile more as a voyeur and have chimed in on some threads that were relevant. I am fairly new to internet marketing. I have been doing some CPA offers with paid traffic for the last 2-3 months and have done well.

After reading many posts in here and with the help of a friend, I have chosen a new product to market because I am ready to take this to a new level.

I have chosen a product in the Biz Opp market. I am really starting this campaign literally from scratch today. I hope you will follow my progress each step of the way.

Today, I bought 2 domains, one from Namecheap and one from GoDaddy. I also bought some hosting from Host Gator. Lastly, I obtained a Business Phone number with Google Voice.

I feel like I have informational overload, so I am calling it a day. I will give updates each step of the way. Cheer me on and I will gladly take advice if you think you can help me.

Next Step.

Today, I started an account with Awebber for an auto responder. My friend shot a video for me, showing me how to set my Awebber and getting the raw data code for the auto responder and putting the Form field into an HTML page.

It was a little tricky because I am very new to HTML. I had downloaded the 30day free version of Dreamweaver about 40 days ago because I was going to start this back then but was unsure which direction I was going.

I had to find a new HTML editor to use for free. I downloaded the full, free version of Coffeecup as recommended by my internet marketing friend. It worked really well. It was very easy to use because it had a code side editor and a visual editor. It works great for swapping out simple info.

This is also where I had to put the Awebber code in and some of my own personal information. The Awebber code was a little tricky as well. Even though my friend sent me a template to use, it still took some time with trial and error.

All in all, everything was figured out. It took about 4 hours. I am spent again. So, that's it for today. You have to understand, the CPA promos I have been doing were with Direct linking the offers in my paid traffic. Landing pages, squeeze pages, domains, hosting, servers, html editors, etc, etc are all very new to me AND not everything works the way it supposed to. There was a lot of going back and doing things over. I will post my next step in the next day or 2. Hope everyone is doing well and making money.

Today.
So far, I have registered domains, set up a business phone, bought hosting, set up Awebber Auto responder and did some html editing using Coffeecup(html editor) with a template website, to make it my own.

This next step took a little while and it shouldn't have. Again, why don't things work the way they are supposed to, lol. I loaded the HTML pages on to a server.

I downloaded the FTP ad-on for Firefox and it seemed easy to use but the pages just were not loading on the server. When I would test and preview them, it would always show about half the old and half the new that I edited.

Anyway, after repeating the process 50 times, The pages are finally loaded on the server. So, it looks like my campaign is Live and In Color!!

Now, it's time to start driving traffic. For now, I am going to try some free methods and only pay with my time.

I have a few things I am looking into for this. I will give another update with my next step very soon. I am excited to take the next step!!

Anyone have any advice? Does it seem like I am doing the correct things so far?

Google voice is really cool. You don't have to give out your personal number for business. You can forward your Google Voice number to any number you want and when someone calls you, you have the option to answer or send to voice mail. You can also elect to answer while they are leaving a message.

If it goes to voice mail, you receive an email that you missed a Google voice call with a text transmission of the message that is fairly accurate. Or, you can just play the message from your inbox. I really like using it.

I started driving some traffic. I will update in a bit, jut have been busy the last few days.

I just wanted to give a quick update on the progress. I know it's been awhile but this new industry has kept me busy and it's been very exciting and mind boggling.

Since I have become involved with internet marketing, I have been non stop with running and testing different campaigns. Luckily, I have a very qualified mentor that has helped me along the way. Without a good mentor, the strategies I have learned would have taken years to learn.

I am currently promoting a health product, a workout program and my most lucrative offer is a home biz opp.

I am using YouTube and facebook mostly, to drive traffic.

I ran a profitable post card campaign that turned a 400% profit. I am going to be implementing a new strategy soon with YouTube. I should have it done within the week. I was using an emailer program for an email campaign as well. That was very cool, to leave and play golf and being able to have 12,000 emails sent while I was gone having fun.

The setup of new campaigns and implementing new strategies and tests does take time but....when they are in place properly, the money comes in.

I will gladly accept constructive criticism from my posts or the videos on the link. I am still a work in progress

I did come across another cool tool.

For html editors, it seems like Dreamweaver is one of the best but, it isn't cheap. For the best free html editors to get your going here is what I found.

Pagebreeze is free and for whatever reason, it's hit or miss. Some webpages that I edited and uploaded with it, worked fine and sometimes it wouldn't edit at all and crash. Maybe it was just me or my machine, or Pagebreeze.

Dreamweaver is free for a 30 day trial. I used it for 60 days with 2 different emails.

Coffee Cup works great and the standard version is free. The pro version is free for a 30 day trial. Pretty easy to use and effective.

The BEST one I found was last week..........KompoZer ! ! ! This was super easy to use, it has a split screen for code and design, it doesn't crash and it's FREE!! Now, as of yet, I have not received any notice that it has to be purchased.
