In lieu of the all to familiar web testimonials I would like to see Actual contact address or phone numbers where testimonial proof can be followed up and persons can be interviewed. This would carry maximum weight. This would also allow for possible drawbacks to be identified early, contributing to a lessor failure rate from misconception.
