Back by popular demand are the THB competitions!

This is going to be the first of many monthly competitions in the run up to the christmas period.

Here ar ethe details:

Avatar Competition

I am looking for the best Avatar on THB. For those of you who are not sure what an Avatar is, well just look up at the top left of this post to see my Jedi Avatar under my name, yes its a picture that sits under you're forum name. Most people say that when you pick you're Avatar it reflects your charactor! I think i have gone for the power trip one then

So here is how it will work:

(1) You can design you're own or find one on the internet.
(2) Once you have found you're entry simply upload you're Avatar to you're account by clicking on Private Messages and then Upload Avatar.
(3) Remember: The maximum size of you're custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
(4) Then simply leave a post (not Private Message) saying that you would like to enter the competition based on the Avatar you have on screen.

And thats it!!

We will then scale the entries down to a top 5 by the 20th of October. When we have our top 5 it will then go to a public vote to see who comes 1st, 2nd and 3rd!

I am still waiting for donations on the 2nd and 3rd prizes but i can tell you that the 1st prize has already been donated which is $100 in cash!

I will update the prizes as and when they come in.

For all those who did not know - the word Avatar is word from Hindi - the language of New Delhi and a lot of India. It means an incarnation of a God. But nowadays it is being used on the Net as an alternate persona of people. Now to start looking for an Avatar for myself - I have always wanted to look and behave like Queen Elizabeth 1 - maybe someone can tell me where I can find her Avatar !1
