Question Help, with or without www
Hi everyone,
bear with me, I'm a newbie here.
I purchased a domain name and already have my website online. However, when I enter my domain name with www, nothing happens. The website can only be access without www. Has anyone have any ideas on how to solve this? I would like people to access it with or without www.

It's not a DNS issue, it's a 301 permanent re-direct issue.

You can fix this in your hosting cPanel.
