is there any tools that can give you ideas, to find niche market. sometimes, someone give you list of niche market but then when eveybody knows about it then it's not niche anymore. Some how I guess, one must have some in-depth knowledge about that niche so that he/she can be seen as an expert in that particular area? or am I wrong, one not necessary expert in the niche to built a site about it.

Sorry, I'm a newcomer and I'm confused. I feel that like a kind of cheating if you build a site and you're not really know much about it, just source the info/article from the web and modify it to make your own.

Google Insights is a good way to find niche markets.
