Default Marketing on a zero budget

Would you recommend forums, articles, videos, classifieds, and social networks to start with no budget? This is where I started I just want to see if anyone has other ideas.

I'm asking this for a few of my members on my team. I want to help them out the best way possible.

Please give me some feedback.

Best advice i can give is, budget your time to do certian things on certian days, like articles 3 times a week, social networking as often as you can and try videos if they help your site and bring visitors. Either way your going to end up like me working on it by burning the midnight oil until you can get to a point were sleep is no longer a luxury.

I understand totally about having a zero budget for marketing. We use article writing, blogging, forums and traffic exchanges. We belong to a couple of different co ops which helps a little. We do belong to one site that is actually bring in a little bit of money, but has a lot of potential.

That being said, we are still learning and still growing. It will take time and alot of hard work but we enjoy a good challenge.

Forums are good, articles good,, VIDEO GREAT!! lol

Also i'm a HUGE fan of classified sites... if you find the right ones and word your ads properly they work really well and FAST if you're advertising what's popular on that particular site.
