How do I get to my Profile?

I am having a hard time understanding the board. When i go to "Home:, I get those 4 big boxes. That's how you get to the forum. So I come to the forum, but I don't see how to get to my profile. Pleae Help!

As for the 4 Big Boxes, it's the brainchild of THB's
new owner Dave.
