I don't know about everyone in here but I have found that if you have a "real" www.com: the web starts here... name verus a www.???.com/5588888 and so on. It gives it more of a realistic opportunity. I bought my domain from Yahoo for $9.95 per year. Pretty cheap compared to what I have be spending.

If you’re willing to pay the fastest way is Pay Per Click advertising. But make sure you do your research on how PPC works. You can make a lot and lose a lot so be very careful. Another option you could try is buying targeted traffic again do some research on the company you are thinking of buying your targeted traffic from. Always do your research first. Don’t let the sales pages talk you into anything!!
