I am by no means a pro in the industry of Network Marketing. I am a husband and a father who goes to work to provide for my family the best way that I can. I have gotten involved in several Network Marketing companies (also know as MLM's or mulit-level marketing). And although I believed in the products and felt they had the potiential become huge money makers. I found my self buying less expensive products that did the exact same thing my products did but for less. I am now 43 years old and three years ago I made a decision to get in better shape. I needed a challange in my life. I kept seeing and infomercial for an extreme workout program. Everyday at any given time I would be flipping through the channels of crap and would come across the same infomercial. I finally decided to take the plunge and buy the workout. I figured I can do this. It's only 90 days and I will reach my goal of being in better shape. Well, I made it about half way through the program and yes I did feel better and yes I did look better, but I dropped off. Two years later, I decided that I needed to finish what I started. So I opened up the dvd case and started my journey again. This time I felt more prepared and ready to see this through the end. Then about 2 weeks into my workout I was introduced to the idea that I could actually distrubute this product. The one that I bought from the infomercial. The one that I still see blasted across my tv at all hours of the day. And it hit me! I have to be a product of the product! So I became a distributer of the product and found out that the company has even more popular products and supplements that can be sold. Now honestly I have not made millions. I have not made thousands. But I do make residual income which will increase over time. I haven't quit my day job nor will I for a while, but I have started the process of building a great nest egg with network marketing and the company I have chosen to work with. For the most part, it is my hope that this article will interest you the reader. Interest you enough to want to know a little more about the company I'm working with. If you have a desire to improve your life physically and financially then what do you have to lose by simply asking more questions. I honestly don't think you will find a better opportunity that is truely in the business of improving lives. Thanks for making it this far. Doug |

I completely agree about being a product of the product. If you don't know what you are selling, then how are you going to sell it? Try it first, test it, either love it or hate it, and decide from there. Obviously!

I was just speaking on this in another forum. You have to have a love for the product/service you promote beyond the commissions you will get. It is that love that sparks action and determination through times where you may not be seeing the results of your efforts just yet! This was a great article, thanks for sharing!
