1. It will be based on integrity, intelligence and mutual respect.
2. It will have a credible and proven management team.
3. It will be efficient and well organized.
4. It will provide exceptional support for customers and affiliates.
5. It will be set up legally and securely to protect the interests of all involved.

Compensation Plan
6. It will have a compensation plan that achieves a fine balance between lucrative and sensible.
7. It will reward the company, the part-timer and the full-time pro so that all earn substantial profits.
8. It will not use manipulation, hype or exaggerated claims to wealth as marketing tools.
9. It will provide professional marketing tools at no cost to their affiliate team.
10. It will focus on systems so that even the inexperienced may quickly become profitable.

Real Products
11. It will have real products that deliver the results advertised satisfying real consumer needs.
12. It will have its primary focus on the sale of product rather than on the sign up of affiliates.


That's my wish list.

Now I know that's a pretty tall order... and basically, the fact that I couldn't find a company that even came close to reaching those qualities is the reason that for many years I avoided network marketing. Everything I saw looked like it wouldn't last a year at most and seemed to have no real interest in the long term success of anyone but themselves... if they were even legal!

I won't go so far as to say that there are no other companies besides the one I represent that satisfies these criteria, but I will say that mine does fill these criteria almost to perfection. And as a result, they have a very happy affiliate team, they have market-storm type growth happening in one of the worst economic downturns in our lifetime, and they have satisfied customers who return to repeatedly purchase products that deliver the wellness experience they are looking for.

Yes, there are lots of decent companies out there. But I was looking for more than decent... I was not prepared to put my reputation on the line, or my work into anything less than a company that fills ALL my admittedly demanding criteria.
