Default What makes TriVita different?

Jillian asked what makes TriVita different from Shaklee and so I thought we could start a thread on that subject. It's a perfectly valid question and needs to be addressed. TriVita is one of hundreds of network marketing wellness companies. How do you wade through them all and decide which is worth your effort? See if this helps... I call it the Perfect Hybrid.

And that is why TriVita has been so successful. It combines the strong product focus of a direct sales model with a dynamic cooperative marketing approach designed to generate customers for Affiliates. They have taken the best from both worlds to develop the first company in the world to successfully separate Customers who are only interested in products, from Affiliates who are primarily interested in building a business. In other words, we are talking about two distinct groups of people here.

(If you're struggling trying to understand that paragraph, don't fret, this is a unique concept so it takes a bit to grasp.)

1. THE CUSTOMER

Currently, there is an ever expanding customer base of over 2.5 million in TriVita. These customers are people who, in search of better health, have purchased products by means of one of TriVita's advertising campaigns. These people know virtually nothing about the business opportunity, but they are the life blood of TriVita. Without them we would have a model like most other mlm, a model typically top heavy with overworked distributors.

The direct sales model is without any question very, very successful. Many a millionaire has been made using the direct sales model. However, it is just as clear that the majority of people who attempt direct sales completely fail. This is simply not something that most people can do... at least without adequate training. To illustrate, here's a typical scenario.

1. A prospect is swept away by some marketing hype and purchases a 'system' from the mlm company.
2. They commit themselves to purchasing so much product a month with the hopes of selling what they don't use themselves.
3. And this is where it all grinds to a halt. The prospect, now a distributor, needs to get customers. Of course. No customers, no sales. No sales, no commissions. How long do you think the new distributor will continue?

Here's the thing. The problem does not lie with the direct sales approach itself. It lies with who is expected to do it; an inexperienced and ill-equipped Joe Blow.

Think about that now. Who is generating the customers in TriVita? Who does the direct selling? Yes, TriVita! With a 38 year old mega media company behind them, TriVita doesn't depend only on their Affiliates to find the customers. They do a great job of that themselves. To the tune of 500-1000 new customers a day.

TriVita's massive direct sales media campaign is the first half of the hybrid.

2. THE AFFILIATE

On the other hand, Affiliates' primary focus is the building of their business. The unique Cooperative Marketing system that TriVita employs helps Affiliates do that. Unlike distributors in the traditional mlm model who must go out and drum up even one customer, TriVita Affiliates can start their business with a whole package of customers included.

Let's think about that now. Say, you as a distributor go out and get yourself your first distributor. You'd rightly be quite proud of yourself as that's no small feat. But isn't it a little sad that you would get excited over ONE customer? What business can thrive on ONE customer? And to think that's exactly what you'll do your entire lifetime with a traditional mlm company. Grow one customer at a time.

Now, how would you feel if each of those distributors suddenly morphed into one Affiliate with 25 real purchasing customers in tow? Enter the TriVita Model. You don't start your TriVita business with a bunch of product and a sales script. You are up and running complete with your first customers almost immediately. This is often referred to as the 25 Times More Powerful business model. If you'd like to see a graphic of how that actually looks in your business, go to the 38 Year Media Giant link and click on the Compensation tab at the top. Just scroll down a bit to see what I'm trying to say with words.

In my own case, I received my first commission check from those first customer purchases before I had even finished my learning curve. Hadn't done a bit of personal building yet. This does not happen when you first join a traditional mlm company. There will be no paycheck until YOU bring in that first customer.

TriVita's Media Acquisition Program (MAP) by means of Cooperative Marketing is the other half of the hybrid.

What a brilliant plan! Take the direct sales approach and merge it with Cooperative Marketing and you create a hybrid model that actually works. And works for everyone... not just the few marketing elite who could talk a cat into buying a fire hydrant.

So, Jillian, the opportunity to acquire the life-time commission rights to customers that TriVita gets is unprecedented in direct sales. And even after 10 years, no one else has imitated the model.

Now having explained TriVita's Media Acquisition Program, I will add that the most successful folks in TriVita not only purchase these commission rights through MAP, perhaps even on an ongoing basis, they also promote their business the same way you would with any other direct sales company.

The chief difference is that you can start getting something coming in right off the bat because of the built in customers.

However, there is another difference that, in tandem, produces the most dynamic business model in the industry... and I'm sorry if that sounds like hype... but I am convinced anyone who takes the time to study the model will agree... even if they find TriVita is not for them.

tula...do you personally take the TriVita's vitamins and have you noticed a difference in your health at all? Sometimes i don't think that taking vitamins is necessary because a lot of our food supplies the nutrients we need.

Hey Redhead,

I most certainly do take their products and am thrilled with the results. Although, both my husband and I take a variety of products, there are 3 in particular that have produced tangible results in a very short period of time.

It is true that our food often supplies what we need, but honestly that probably only applies to those who are very careful about what they eat. Seems like most people are living in the fast lane now and don't have time to shop and prepare nourishing meals.

Another factor to think about is the difference in minimal and optimal nutrition. We eat fairly well around here so I was never concerned that I was completely deficient and yet I consistently had some health issues that I knew I could minimize or eliminate given the right nutritional program. Minimal nutrition is simply about staying alive, whereas optimal nutrition is about wellness - a condition where you have the energy and health to complete everything you want to do before you go to bed that night.

And thirdly, many of us carry tremendous stress loads which is beyond a healthy diet's ability to control.

So my direct answer to your question is yes, I believe that we can all benefit by nutritional products... but with a huge caveat... make sure that the nutrients are actually delivered through your system to where they need to be to do any good. Cheap products from Box stores, health food stores and drug stores invariably are flushed away since they pass through your system doing no good.

I won't go so far as to say that there are no other good products out there, as likely there are. However, I can say with utter confidence that TriVita's products do their job.

Perhaps what I'll do is start a separate thread for product stories, there is some interesting stuff going on! And I'll list 3 of the main benefits I've experienced myself, okay? Be right back.

Thanks for starting the thread Tula and giving us further information on TriVita...I bet you'd be a great sales rep for the company because I can sense your passion for not only the company, but you believe in the products as well. That 's so important to have when you in business for yourself...partly it separates you from the next guy selling the same product, but he's in it for the buck.

Jillian, there's a lot of truth in what you say... if you are in it solely for the money, chances are that will come through in either an underlying boredom or in marketing hype that tries to imitate passion, but comes across as hypocritical.

There's no question that I am fully behind this company and their products. However, I will add, that this is the FIRST TIME I can honestly say that about an mlm style company. In the past, I have had very little use for them because of the bad rap that so many sham companies have given the name. Unfortunately, that led me to ignore even TriVita for over a year - to my discredit.

Another reason is because I am not the type to bounce from one thing to another. That's incredibly time consuming and can even be disheartening if you've brought in people who were unable to make any money because the model didn't work or because the company collapsed. TriVita's Cooperative Marketing model, on the other hand, gives us ALL an opportunity to earn whether we're newbies and inexperienced or old hats with huge contact lists.

It is one of my greatest pleasures in life to see people be successful at what they do and for that reason I personally made sure that I joined a team that is actively involved in helping their downline build - and then do exactly the same for my group. As a result, my team is the fastest growing team in TriVita and we have 2 out of the 5 Presidential Directors (highest possible rank in TriVita) in my upline. No small feat that. In fact, I will have to make this a subject of another post as we have a wonderful Team Build effort that can really help the 'builders' among us get off to a good start.

I'm going to have a little more time later this week, though, as today, I'm heading off to another TriVita event in Vancouver, BC. It's sold out, otherwise I would have issued an invitation for any member of WFH to be my guest. I've already had to turn others away. Next time, okay??

Just received this notice in the weekly update for Affiliates and thought members might like to see what sort of support we get - I will also be posting very shortly amazing details on TriVita's unique Care Center.

Nopalea’s pre-launch City Tour ends –
and its official market launch begins

June 25, 2009, TriVita, Inc. announced the results of its Nopalea™ Pre-Launch 15 City Tour which came to a close on June 18, 2009. In city after city, record attendances and enrollments were set, only to be shattered later. This broad enthusiasm and product acceptance produced record sales figures for a new product launch, unequaled in TriVita’s 10-year history. Another effect is an ongoing flood of testimonials from Members about their life-changing experiences with Nopalea. Results like these only serve to reinforce the position that Nopalea will be TriVita’s first billion dollar product.

As the Pre-Launch City Tour ended, Nopalea’s Official Launch phase began. It kicked off in June and was handled by TriVita product catalogs, VitaJournals and the sonoranbloom.com website. So many Members greeted the Official Launch as very good news – it meant that they no longer had to wait for a City Tour to learn about Nopalea and its great opportunities for wellness and wealth-building. Instead, anyone can now get started right away, using TriVita’s various resources. Especially valuable is sonoranbloom.com, which overflows with information about Nopalea, its business opportunities, sales tools, webinar and conference call trainings, testimonials, upcoming events, expert advice and much, much more.

On top of all this, Affiliate Members will be able to receive further business-building guidance in the future from upcoming events like the Galaxy of Stars and a new Regional Training Tour being planned for later this year. All of this support demonstrates TriVita’s commitment to its business partners, “When you speak – we listen.”

To keep Affiliate Members up-to-date, TriVita will provide details on all key events, trainings and opportunities as they occur through email updates and new postings on sonoranbloom.com.

TriVita is dedicated to inspiring people to experience greater wellness. A trusted health solutions and nutraceutical provider since 1999, TriVita develops unique and proprietary product formulas and offers health and wellness services that support the whole person -- physically, emotionally and spiritually. TriVita combines the latest information and resources from the medical community on disease prevention with the latest scientific breakthroughs in nutrition. Each product is made under the strictest quality control standards in the dietary and food supplement industry. All manufacturing and laboratory processes meet or exceed the most current Good Manufacturing Practices as published by the Food and Drug Administration in March 2003 and the new product labeling requirements for 2009.

In today's toxic environment that we live in, I think we all need some kind of extra support/vitamin supplementation to give our immune systems that little extra boost to run 110%. You might want to look into what deficiencies one might have...because we've all got them!

Agreed, Charlie. I hardly know anyone who isn't concerned about their health. In fact, Paul Zane Pilzer named his best selling book, The Wellness Revolution. An excerpt from his promo page states...

Quote:
One seventh, $1.5 trillion, of the U.S. economy today is devoted to the health care business, what Paul Zane Pilzer refers to as the "Sickness Industry." However, by the year 2010, an additional $1 trillion of the economy will be devoted to products and services that keep us healthy, make us look or feel better, slow down the effects of aging, and prevent diseases from developing altogether. The implications of the shift to proactive wellness are far reaching from health to beauty to food to medicine.

In 1908, Henry Ford's Model T launched the trillion-dollar automobile industry.

In 1981, IBM's PC launched the trillion-dollar personal computer industry, which grew so fast that PC sales surpassed U.S. auto sales in only ten years.

The trillion-dollar industry of the twenty-first century has arrived, and it promises to similarly revolutionize our lives and offer entrepreneurs and investors the opportunity to amass great fortunes.

This next big thing is the wellness industry, and The Wellness Revolution shows you how to state your claim now while the market is ripe.
That is precisely the reason I have become involved in TriVita. Not only is it a well established company in a trillion dollar marketplace, it's got such an innovative model that literally anyone can do well with it. Check it out and see if you don't agree. Ask questions if you like... I check in here a couple of times a day.

This was written by Mike Riedmiller, one of our team leaders, and I thought it epitomizes the very reasons many of us are so deeply involved in TriVita - others try to do what's already being done, but why fool with the less experienced?

Tula

--------

I was just approached again by someone with another start-up online business. It sounded great. It's using viral marketing and backed by a reputable person. The team (not the company) is going to do infomercials and the compensation is suppose to be great.

I like to evaluate what the competition is doing and so I evaluated it and you know what? When I looked at it, TriVita is still the best opportunity around.

Here's some of my criteria when talking to someone else:

1) If they say they are running infomercials driven by a team - unless the person is a millionaire, they don't have the resources to pull off an infomercial and redo it until it's done right and they don't have 38 years of experience like Ellison Media. Even if the infomercials were company driven, you would have to take a look at their expertise. This has been done before by teams and it didn't work.

2) Do they have a category breaker product like Nopalea? Take a look at the products - if there is competition for their products or it's a one product company, you're betting everything on that one product.

3) Do they have 50 other products like TriVita where TriVita backends markets to the customers so they can find out about the products and order them?

4) Do they follow up with their customers like TriVita does?

5) Do they have a compensation plan where you are:

For the Share & Earn program:

* Paid 30% for 90 days and then 21% lifetime commissions for customers and
* Paid 30% for 90 days for affiliate members and then 7% on your affiliate members (3% on first tier but all other tiers are 7%)
* Paid 15% and 10% for tiers 2 and 3 and same scenario above?
* Paid 70% for first time customers for TriVita's 50 other fantastic products?
* And then on top of all that, paid 4% for tiers 2 to 7 for your customers.
* Remember - unlimited width. You can sponsor as many people as you want to on your first tier!

It's unlimited width!

And this is not including the additional commissions and bonuses you receive as you rise up the career rank and as you rise up the career rank, you are paid additional commissions and bonuses beyond your 7th tier.

TriVita is airing soon infomercials on this phenomenal product Nopalea and the Share & Earn business. We have a new product launching in October and next year we're going international and you can even sign up someone now internationally. (Non-US or Non-Canadian members, please contact me privately for information on how to sign up with TriVita if this interests you.)

Cody Ramsey, as many of you know, is a successful business owner and has said on the calls that he really didn't build his TriVita business. All he did was refer a few people and acquire customers (and he became Presidential Director). Now, with all that is happening in TriVita, Cody is FULLY ENGAGED. Because he gets it.

Terminology Exclusive to TriVita

Since TriVita has such a wide appeal, there are a number of questions raised due to diverse backgrounds among those showing interest. Not everyone is familiar with the terminology that TriVita Affiliates use. Let's see if we can clarify those terms within the framework of TriVita.

Please don't hesitate to make known anything that remains unclear to you. I'll get right on it!

May you enjoy good health, Tula
------------

Now, what's this about Back End marketing?

It's almost as if TriVita has two marketing systems in place. Just for illustrative purposes, we'll call them Front End and Back End.

1. Front End marketing - ACQUIRES customers

The Front End marketing system utilizes TV infomercials and radio advertisements along with print and a wide internet presence. This is the system used to acquire new customers. The very same customers TriVita lets us purchase.

2. Back End marketing - KEEPS customers

The Back End is the system that keeps those customers, minimizing attrition. This system sends out full-color catalogs and magazines full of health and wellness articles, fascinating life stories, the latest breakthroughs in health science and of course, any current specials TriVita is running. In addition, a weekly Wellness Report is sent by email to subscribers. And yet TriVita doesn't just sell, sell, sell.

This material is top of the line, well written and colorfully presented. It's interesting, informative and fast moving. TriVita has 37 years! of experience in marketing behind them, so they know how to keep people interested.

This 2-part system is, hands down, the reason I am sold on TriVita.

Between the quality products, the efficiency of the company, unparalleled support and this 2 fold marketing engine quietly working on our behalf, there simply is no one else that compares.
