Default Dreamweaver

There are so many different versions of Dreamweaver out there. Which gives you the most bang for your buck?

There is really only one current version. I believe it is Dreamweaver CS3 and I am happy with it. I don't believe the older versions are available for sale unless you find them on eBay or a store selling leftovers.

I also utilize Dreamweaver CS3. I love it. It's ease and better functionality make it worthy.

I use dreamweaver CS4 every day for working on my employers websites. CS4 has by far been the most reliable for me, all the previous versions have crashed on me unexpectedly.

thanks,

Jordan

I have been using the trial of CS4 for about a week not and I like it. It has yet to crash on me and the interface is great. I have been using Dreamweaver for at least 8 years, maybe longer, so it is hard to compare it with any other tools.

CS 4 has a lot of features which are easy to use, and there is no need for any programmer to assist with those javascript thingy. A great software.

I have not been used Dreamweaver before but I heard it's very good. I only use Frontpage. I think CS4 is expensive program and hope will try this software someday.

Thanks

I started using Dreamweaver CS4 and I like it. If you are going to use it, be prepared to use CSS. CS4 almost forces you to begin using CSS more when developing sites. It is a good habit to get in anyway, but it may take some getting used to. I have found that CSS based websites tend to rank better.
