Yeah. CSS is great. It takes some getting used to, but it is a much better way to code a website.

| For sure. I develop all my sites with CSS. I still use an occaisional table, but most of my sites are pure CSS. They do rank better.

I've used Dreamweaver cs4 for about 2 years now off and on. I like for putting up a fast easy site SiteSpinner Pro much better. I've taken about 7 or more classes on HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver and I'm still learning how to make it all work. But if you are new to website design and want a WUSIWUG website builder, I love Sitespiner pro way more then Dreamweaver. Plus SiteSpinner is $50 and pro $90 where as Dreamweaver is $400 or so. Also Sitespinner will do the google analitics and seo and key word and so forth. It's not perfect but for the beginner it's the best I have found. Dreamweaver is great for "hard Core" web designers but if you want to put up site quicker and easyer then try Sitespinner. If you want to do heavy lifting and CSS and Ajax and PHP, and Java, and Xhtml, and spry, and on and on and on Dreamweaver is the way to go. Have fun reading. |
