Hello everyone! I am looking to start a group filled with energetic, positive, focused people to start a downline that is based on respect and the desire to help each other be successful. This is not about products or programs, it is about building a strong organization that can join any program and be an immediate success for everyone in the group. I want people to join because they want to be part of a large and powerful force. The main focus of this group will be about people getting to know people, building friendships and relationships. If you are interested in joining together to create a strong force, please email me at jmknox@gmail.com Or go to http://toyoursuccess.mentoringforfree.com. This page will let you download a free-ebook about 10 steps to success. This is an eyeopening book that highlights the importance of relationships and being successful in whatever business that you choose. Thanks and God Bless, Janice |

Thanks for answering. Yes, MLM would be a perfect fit. Let me tell you why I think so. I see MLM as a method of distribution. Not so much the product or the program, but as intellectual distribution. I see it as a way to get information about new products and services out that people are yet unaware of. I also see MLM as a people business. Not to sell product to the downline, but to get to know people and help them reach financial success. MLM is a way to get many as independent and self-employed. Once they are making an income, then there are certain benefits may become more affordable. For example HSA's (Health Savings Accounts + High deductible Health Ins). This becomes more (much more) affordable. A large group could offer this to its members. Having said all of that, I must admit that I hate the way the MLM companies tell their people to market. I think that the techniques suck. The big guys make money because they bring in their large groups. I doubt that they are doing any "warm" marketing or are they buying all of the "extras" that they have people buy (I'm sure that this is significant income for them). But, I feel that I can't worry about them. I am currently looking for better ways of marketing or a better way to "mentor" others on being successful. I have found a program that is not only free, but mentor without promoting any program or product. I am checking this out now. But, can you imagine the power of a large group working for the success of the group instead of each individual being out for themselves? I have just recently joined a MLM. But I won't sign anyone up until I feel that I have something in place that will help them to be succesful. Your feedback is welcome! Janice |

Yes, but at the end of the day, you cant get around the fact that there will be someone in the bottom of the downline who will end up being scr***d, no matter how big a group is, someone will pay moeny and never get something in return. Just my 2 cents.

My personal adivce is to avoid anything and everything that even smells faintly of MLM. Not that it may be the case here, but most MLM opportunites end up being "shady" Just my two cents. |

Networking, or MLM , or pyramid scheme, they all serve the same purpose, to make those at the top rich. I was fooled by a similar scheme way back, only this one was tied to insurance. Well, I did have my insurance but I could have gotten it cheaper direct from the company.

It is hard to be a member of some MLM businesses today because members are secluded that you can't even have a 1 recruit to earn more. Most of MLM's fronts their free insurance policy that covers only death.

I agree with most people here saying that MLM can be a little difficult especially if you do not know where you stand among the "pyramid". Although there is a chance of getting rich quickly, there is as much chance in losing everything. In the end, all you can do is pray.

I think you could have a successful mlm company, but it would have to be structured so that those at the very bottom could make money by selling a product that is actually good and that people actually want - not some overpriced generic soap. I mean a good enough of an opportunity that some of your downline would be content just selling, with no ambitions to the mlm part of the business. I think Avon has a good model for this type of mlm. |
