I already know that you need signatures, message board posting, etc, what are new ideas for generating leads?

People need a great reason to sign up for your list.Almost everyone has an email list these days but you need to give your visitors a reason why they should sign up for your list instead of someone else´s.

Offer them an ebook or a report "10 best tips to..." or " 7 Ways of...", something that cannot be found anywhere else.This means you need to write the report/ebook your self or outsource it.

You need to get into paid advertising or you will just keep spinning your wheels. A signature on a forum is not really going to do anything for you.

Now I am not saying to just jump into paid advertising. If you are going to be successful with business, you need to invest into your education.

Totally agree with Jamison and tom. You need to offer something for free that's for sure. You can get an e-book done with graphics for around $150. You can also get a complete high quality squeeze page done up with those graphics supplied with your e-book for around $100. So for $250 you can be ready to go.

I know not everybody has $250 dollars but just remember once its done and set up your list just keeps getting bigger and bigger you don't have to spend any more money on a free product or a squeeze page.

Then move on to paid advertising but you need to make sure your site converts into leads and that's why its import to get it all done by some pros!!!

Remember paid advertising is immediate traffic and results.

I agree with Jamison. Paid Traffic gives the most powerful results. There's also Free Traffic, you get some results there as well. And investing in your education will always be to your benefit. Hope that helps.

Do you have any sort of budget for generating leads? It's not as simple, it really depends on what kind of leads you are looking for, your business, your offers, etc.

I will say that I used to use paid traffic quite a bit and it works well. However, recently I have been doing some email marketing because I obtained a harvester. I use Host Gator and can send out 500 emails an hour / 12000 a day. It DOES generate quite a bit of leads. If you say a little more about what you are trying to do, I might be able to give you some better advice.

Depending on what your doing, there are some very effective ways to generate some free leads/traffic.
