I want to start a business bying old house trailers and the lot, then strip it down to the frame and rebuild it with my own design. Has anyone done this or have any information on if it can be done?

BizzB, I'm not in the States, but this can be done up in Canada. We have similar plans in mind. But if you make sure ti remodel according to local building codes and bi-laws you should have no problems. Do you plan to rent these units? Or try to sell them? Tula |

| Are you into real estate at all? That's where you'd find the best deals and if you have some connections in the real estate industry, then they could probably lead you in the right direction as to whether or not what you are trying to accomplish can be done in the state where you live.

There was someone that was famous for real estate investing having to do with trailer homes. I am trying to remember his name.
