Hi,
I just signed up for this forum after reading some messages from Elizabeth and now she's dissapeared. She was discussing how to find ways to keep yourself occupied as a stay at home mom.

I hit rock bottom and basically had no money and desperately tried to find ways to overcome this by using my laptop, so far I have joined this group http://www.moms-online.info and although I only joined them a few days ago they have been very helpful and can understand my situation. For people like me it is important that I ask around and hear what others have to say, I'm struggling at the moment and really need to make a few more dollars, do you or anyone you know might understant moms online ?

There are lots of stay at home mom groups around, I know this forum which seems to be active with lots of working mom's.
Do you have any kind of tallent? writing perhaps? you will always find someone to buy something your selling, you just need to look at the right place.

There are a lot of stay-at-home moms that work online. What sort of experience do you have? What sort of education, and work background? I have a personal friend who's taken to opening an editting service online...

She was injured in a car accident and has been stuck to a wheelchair. So, she stays at home and works as an "editor". Students can submit their term papers to her for a small fee and have her professionally edit them and give her advice on them. Furthermore, sites can have her check out their content to make sure its all accurate. She enjoys it, and though it doesn't pay A LOT, it does help out around the house.

So, depending on your background and education, perhaps you can seek a similar field. You can also look into an e-commerce site and try doing some drop shipping. If you don't know what that is, feel free to ask and I'll help out.

Great ideas Bryan, you can also join sites like rentacoder.com I sometimes use them to hire writers, there is a big selection of jobs there, the site works as a connection between buyers and sellers, that can be coding, writing or any kind of service.
