I m going to start a portal based on the lawyers association here. But i need a transaction system. Which i will use? or will i have my own transaction?

hello dactyl, first let me introduce myself. i m actually cousin of shawon. shawon told me that there is a refferal programme running and let him to aggressive so i came here. although here is the situation:

In bangladesh, i think you dont know that the transaction system is so poor, the clients cant transact with the paypal, because many of them dont have internation debit or credit card. So i thought i will start a transactional system on bangladesh like paypal. But i will use my own transactional cards. That will allow the clients to do so through the web. But here i got a big security issue. to run it i need a security fixes and so on. So do you guys think i should start this system here in bangladesh? will not it cost risk? but see, there are also profits available.

So let me get this straight, you want to start a system similar to paypal in Bangladesh, your clients will pay you, and then you can make the transaction to the other company in the US or any other country?

no man, not that, actually i mean the transaction between the local country districts. This will help the transaction through the portal i m going to have. and it is lawyers of bangladesh. Like you think i m in one district. and one lawyer is in another district. so making the registration he will do like this, on every court, our providers will provide cards which will cost may be 10 bucks or 100 bucks per each. They will have pin code. and while registering from there they will use the pin code for transaction. Thats all.

thats going to cost alot, youd need to hire a professional coder, and someone to secure your server, expect to be paying in the high x,xxx range for a proper system

id expect it to be more even

id say youd be looking middle of the xx,xxx range for a good script, remember people are not going to make you soemthing that your going to make money off cheap, also remember that it will need regular updates and checks for security

then for a server to run this all your looking at around $250+ a month to start out as you get bigger you either need more servers or bigger servers

youll also need staff to manage the server and secure it which i dont no how much that will cost but mine was only $30 just to harden it
