I've heard that there are programs that help with such things (cant remember the name now, will post it when I find it) but such programs are usually expensive, I would do it myself, use a simple excell sheet, that should do it for now.

I've tried many programs in the past, but they either have fields i dont want, or dont have fields in which i need. At least with Excel it is customizable to YOUR business needs.

Regards
Impulse

the best, sure, and most honest way is to hire an accountant. The owner of a well run business should never handle thier own money. Sure you'll be paying a bit more, but think of it this way:

*You're getting professional, experienced help.
*All of your business income is being organized and ready for tax time.
*You can't make a mistake. And if one is made, someone else is accountable.
*Best of all, a couple of hours of thier time is alot cheaper then multiple hours of your time just learning and figuring out the new software.

Its the best move.
