So, you are not forced to produce your degree certificate or any papers for that matter to prove your talent, which is a must for other types of jobs. It is only in work from jobs that even your hobbies help. For instance, lets say you know singing and you have thorough knowledge about music then, you will be taken aback to find a job related to music, that is there are music related websites which, are looking for people like you to share your knowledge. But, in case of other jobs your hobbies and interests are not given any importance at all.
