Very solid information. I would lie to add that it is important to make sure that any MLM opportunity REALLY provides a product or service that is of value to a potential customer base.

There are so many MLM's out there that appear great on the surface when the reality is the only way money is being generated is by monthly fees from affiliates and "required" purchases of those affiliates.

If you find that a MLM opp is constantly pushing recruiting new affiliates rather than establishing and building a customer base this may be a warning flag.

A MLM that constantly pushes donline building as the main source of income probably des not offer a value based product or service.

So true. I think that the fortune is truly in the follow-up. Repeat business is your best business. If people went to a store once and then never went back that store would eventually go under. Same with any business... find something that people need and will come back for.

Thoes are all good points and if you find an MLM that is shady then you start to think that all of them are and that's just not true. Even things that are free can end up costing you in the end. You waste a lot of time doing nothing and earning very little or nothing in return.
