I want to share with a very helpful website. It is Custom Web Design and Programming. Freelance Programmers. Outsource Web Development Outsourcing. You can post job opportunities for people that specialize in certain web fields. People will then bid on your project and you can select them from there. I recently posted a job to have someone place classified ads for me. 400 ads for $100. That was not the lowest bid but that person had awesome ratings/reviews. Just a thought but it sure helped me out a lot.
