The thing to remember, Mary, is to take it slow. Don't get discouraged if things don't fall into place right away. Just know that people DO work from home, and they do make a very decent income while doing it. You can do it! I have faith in you!! Just be very careful not to give away your money to all those "get rich quick" scams. Ask questions, research, and, above all, believe that you will be working from home, and that's just what you'll be doing. I know, I've been there, and now I'm here - working from home

I just believe that working from home is an individual preference, and maybe not everyone would enjoy it. I love it, but others may not.

Now i get it and i agree with you. The decision depends of the person. The secret i think is to keep youself motivated whatever you do.

I think the new office will be a virtual office. I believe that it is more cost effective for companies to offer the ability for their employees to telecommute. The trend is here and taking on a life of its own.

Parents have the option of staying home with their kids. Commuting is a stressful task every day. many companies in the Silicon Valley are going virtual office to a large extent. The number of office buildings required and the huge expense makes this a great cost saving measure.

Our work economics began with cottage industries and a lot of people are returning to that type of business. Ebay makes it possible for anyone to work from home. Other companies are following suit.
