Which do you think is best? Large franchises can boast more ad marketing and renown, yet small franchises are generally less expensive. Is that extra marketing worth it? Plus, small franchises are a change from the normal. People like them because we all need a little change sometimes. Which do you prefer? |

I will prefer large franchises. It may be expensive but normally, you are guaranteed to also earn a lot from this. These franchises are commonly known to a lot of people already.

True, but I know for a fact that the fees from large franchises cripple business owners. A local pizza hut makes $200,000 a year out of over a million dollars in sales, and about $400,000 of it is franchise costs. That is a huge chunk of profit!

I would prefer small franchise. You can make it big if you knew how to properly run the business. You won't have to pay for huge amount of franchise fees. As long as you’re dedicated to it, in the long run your small franchise will grow into a large business.
