If there is an ebay auction site, there is also a Yahoo's auction site. If you have good practices in ebay then these also apply in Yahoo' auction. I have been using both but I have more success in Yahoo than Ebay. How about you?

I have not yet tried using Yahoo auction site. I only use ebay. Even my friends used ebay to sell their stuffs on the net. Maybe yahoo auction site is not that popular here in our country.

Must be new, I haven't heard about it in any news sites or any forums yet. I doubt it does well against ebay, but it is something that Yahoo will have that Google doesn't, so it isn't such a bad move for the company. If they can get paypal to back them, it should be fairly popular. |

I didn't realise Yahoo auctions were still around, I remember seeing them years ago but I thought they felt they could not compete with ebay and withdrew the service. As for getting paypal to back them, little chance of that considering paypal is owned by ebay. |

I knew that Yahoo had an auction site, but I've never used it. Is it structured the same way as ebay? Maybe I'll check it out and use it and ebay both. Could be very lucrative.... |

My dad used to say he was "a day late and a dollar short". I guess that's me. Oh well, Ebay is still open for business |
