Have you heard of PerezHilton.com? He blogs about celebrities...mostly gossip and foul stuff. He has around 3 million visitors a day. Wow! I wish I can have around 3000 visitors in one day! That would be enough for me. I heard he makes $16,000 a week from ads. Me, I only earn about $10 in one month. That's $2.5 in one week I guess I am not creative and interesting enough. Haha. How much do you make?

I think what makes him a successful blogger is the content of his blog. People are just interested in celebrities no matter what, and gossip and foul stuff, you say? That's enough to make everyone flock around you. Maybe it is not because you're not interesting. There's internet marketing involved.

Yeah I agree, he is a very successful blogger. I barely make $10 a month with my blog. I am apparently not as creative as he is. But I still love blogging anyways. It is good for the creative soul (lol).

In not really a techie person but I do like reading blogs. And you are right, it is the content of the blog that make people want to read their blog and indeed celebrities is a palatable dish served on a platter. I do not own a blog but i hope will one of these days, and earn too like you guys.

You could start having a blog today, enjoy everything you do about it and at the same time, learn the twists and turns of internet marketing. I think if you make a good content and master internet marketing, you would be able to make good out of your blog just like the person you were saying.

perezhilton is just so filled with juicy gossips about our favorite and most hated celebrities that people always keep on visiting. it's like making money out of people who also makes money.

My favorite blog is problogger.net. The owner earns a lot too but at least he is sharing good information.

But maybe the owner of perezhilton does not really care what his blog is all about. As long as it pays lots of money, then it's good for him. Maybe that's the purpose of his blog all along. The end justifies the means for him, all right.

Yes, this may be really true. For as long as he earns from it, then those celebrities aren't his problem anymore. If i am one of those celebrities, let's say like Britney Spears, I would file a case against him for posting my awkward pictures in his website where hundreds or even thousands of people visit. Besides, I don't think these celebrities gave him the permission to post their akward pictures in the internet.

That is really a big amount of money in a month. I am planning to have a blog of my own and if ever I do that I won't allow myself making fun of other people's lives just to earn. It's really a selfish thing to do. But we can't blame the blogger of that site because most of all people can do that just to earn bucks!
