What do you think are the most lucrative home businesses today? Online business or others? Are foodcarts lucrative too, because my mother in law want to start this some kind of food business to occupy our garage but then I sticked doing some online jobs. What's your opinion guys?

I think it is a matter of your determination rather than what type of business you choose. Any business online or off takes time to become a success. Most people aren't lucky enough to succeed instantly.

Exactly. It would take a lot of time and determination before you can earn the fruits of your hard work. A business is not like magic wherein you can see the results easily. I would say that you choose what is the best option and what do you like to do better. Doing something you enjoy can lead you to better success because your heart is in it.

I think the most lucrative of all products today is information. Everyone needs and is looking for information and by providing it to the right people, I think you would be on your way to financial freedom. But the competition is high too so you have to invest on your marketing.

I also agree that you should find something that you like, and something that you're comfortable with. Being in a business that you have no idea about, or one that you absolutely dislike does not seem lucrative to me.
