Default What Made You Want To Start Up?

What was it that made you want to start your business?

In my case, I'd been unemployed for a long time, and I just got depressed and sick of it. I decided if I couldn't find a job, I'd make one for myself. I'm not rich now by any means, but at least I'm not on state benefits any more.

What was it that made you decide to start yours? Are you glad you did?

I just am too lazy to get a real job and wanted to stay home...lol. I love being home when my kids get home from school. That is the main reason I decided to start a job at home. I am very glad I did and have never regretted it.

Well, having a job and realizing that you won't take off with your routines and daily efforts to please your superior are what made me decide to go and have a business. It may not make you rich easily but it sure is more challenging than the routine job and allows more chances of getting rich than being employed.

For the most people that I know, who thought of starting their own home based business, the most common reason is to have more freedom so that they would be able to do more things than when they are stuck with their jobs.

I was working in county government, and got laid-off when our administration changed. I had been kicking around the idea of working from home, but never actually took the plunge. After I got laid off, it seemed like a good idea, and here I am....

I hate working from home. I can't work continously for half an hour.
My hub is doing business separetely in office. I'll also join with him but not his business. His inspiration made me to start up. I won't dependent with my family members.

I wanted to work for myself because I like setting my own time, and I don't like dealing with bosses. I started beaverchat.com which has made me a little money, but definitely nothing to brag about. With the site taking off on its own, I decided to think more globally and launched everylist.com - where people can submit their website to our database.

Basically, my current job at a student dining center is a dead end. I need to look towards the web and find other incomes.

I just want to wake up any time I want.. Ha ha...
It is simple... I have been working hard enough for others, it is time to work hard for myself. I like to spend more time with my loved ones, doing stuff which I enjoy.
