Ok, im going to attempt to write my first article, and i'm going to talk about trademarks. Please let me know how i did lol.

What is a Trademark?
A Trademark is there to stop the public being confused about the origin of the product. Having a trademark for your company prevents other companies from using a mark whereby the public may get confused of who actually owns the product/service.

Example of a Trademark.
Microsoft have a Trademark in place that prevents a company naming there company Microhard for instance.

Would my company benefit from a Trademark?
The simple answer is basically yes! Being a big company or even looking big can sometimes bring you more customers. If you was looking for hosting for example, you may be reluctant from choosing a company you know is ran from a bedroom. Being big or looking big is not what this all about though. Trademarking your company gives you that little extra edge. It shows you are serious about your product and that you back it up. A trademark would stop dBay taking over eBay example, which we know will never happen. Trademarking your company may be work you don't need to do, but believe me, it will save you hassle in the long run.

No matter how big or small your company is, i personally think that Trademarking your property is well worth it. You never know what someone else has up there sleave.

Nice artice! Couldn't have put it better myself. Just a little tip for next time though: Although you have the 3 main parts to an article, next time, try to add some sort of introduction, then the content, then a conclusion, and if at all possible, if it is a small article, you can get away with making it all one paragraph. But this is a very nicely put article. Good Job

There you go impulse, you have another chance to make a good article! This should be a simple one...lol...Steps in Trademarking a company....and to make the article a bit more broad and longer, you could also include how to trademark other things, like slogans, logos, pictures...and things like that.
