Default Quickbooks

Any of you guys do your own Quickbooks for your business or just have your accountant do them?

I do my own Quickbooks. It's pretty easy to use and I recommend Quickbooks Pro. This way I'm in control of all of the daily things that go on and I save some money!!

I definitely have my accountants do my Quickbooks. I don't have time for it first of all, and by having them do it, I know it's being done right. I would screw it up...not into details.

My CPA does it all for me. Of course I have a bookkeeper as well. That helps keep everything organized between tax season.

Just to give you all an update. I decide to try Quickbooks and found it very user friendly. As long as I keep up with the entry's I am good, otherwise it takes forever to do. So thanks to those who gave their input.

I used Quick books in 1998, 99 and 2000. It worked well but I didn't like the year to year update costs. Do they still require you to update the program every year and if so whats the yearly cost now?
