What are the legal documents that a company that owns an online business such as pay to post programs need to file before operating? Is it the same documents that other businesses need to submit?

On my own opinion they do not need such paper documents things just to start their own business. In the internet circle, some are legal and some are not so you can start it on your own. The only thing we can be trusted on this paid posting was the honesty of the person that says will pay us for the posts we done.

Online businesses are not covered by international laws. Maybe one only needs to register his business with the proper authorities like any regular business. When it comes to legal issues, we rely mostly on the integrity of the owner.

It depends on the type of online business you have. Online shops and other online businesses that accepts payment online are required to be registered in a government agency. For other types of businesses such as paid posting, autosurf, and hyips all we can rely on is the integrity of the business operators.

In the US, I believe that if you earn more than $600 in a year's time, then you must file taxes. Of course, if you own a business, then you can claim many exemptions, such as cost of internet service, electricity, phones, office supplies, etc., and these will bring down the amount of taxes that you must pay.
