I'm curious to know how others structure their business organization.

I'm registered as a sole proprietorship. I plan on converting to a limited liability company in the future - because of the protection it provides.

How is your business registered? And if you have several web sites, do you have each one registered, or is it listed under your main business name?

My husband and I have had our businesses registered as sole proprietorships. This easier for us, for in India, there are too many hassles for limited liability companies.
But if you have a larger organisation, it makes sense to make a better structure and give it a limited liability format.
