What do you think when you should incorporate your company?

I will be incorporating my company within the next few months. I will be running it as an LLC and take advantage of the benefits. I think this also gives you a better image to the public including, but not limited to prospect clients. A corporation usually shows that you are a reputable company and will be here to stay.
