Do you have to pay taxes to all of these? What if you do not know a states taxes? I have been trying to read up on taxes lately and it is just mind boggling how they think you are suposed to know all of this kid of stuff.

Taxes are based on earnings. If you would pay state taxes normally then yes you pay them with an online business. We don't have state tax here when it comes to your income.
