- Writing articles related to your business and using a resource box at the end pointing back to your own site.
- Advertising on related Ezines
- Commenting on related blogs, ezines
- Twitter, follow related business, post related news
- RSS, post your RSS url on directories
- Ping, use Ping sites to get indexed
- Blog, write related business topics, promote as above

These are mainly free methods and doesn't include the for-pay services. Research the term, generate traffic, etc., and you'll find all kinds of information. Good luck!
