OK, now, folks, what we’re going to look at is “Unique bid” auction. This auction, you can actually place a bid. It cost, again, a DubLi credit to place that bid, an 80 cent credit. Now, let’s scroll down and just find something that may grab our interest.

I like this Toshiba TV. It’s $453. I click on the TV picture. It brings it up front and center. Now, what we see it’s a $453 television. There is one day and 53 minutes left before this auction closes. Now, what I’m going to do in this auction, I’m going to bid $84.50. Why am I bidding such a low price? Because, folks the winner of this auction is not the highest bidder when the auction closes. It’s the person that has the lowest unique bid.

What does that mean? That means when the auction closes, the computer systems starts at zero and it moves up 25 cents at a time because everything has to be bid in a 25-cent space. So it moves up to the 25 cents looking for a single bidder. If there is one bidder sitting on the 25-cent bid, then they’re truly the unique bid. Therefore, they win the item and pay 25 cents plus of course the shipping cost. If there is nobody there or there is more than one person there, that makes it not unique, then it moves up to 50 cents and then 75 and then a dollar and it keeps moving up until it finds the lowest unique bid.

Now, I’m going to go ahead and use my 80-cent DubLi credit to click on bid $84.50. Let’s see where I stand in this interactive feedback here with the system. It tells me that, “Your bid of $84.50 is neither unique nor the lowest single offer,” that somebody already did this price and there is actually a lower offer available. So, again, I can choose whether or not I want to bid again. And of course, I’ll pass for the moment.

But let’s have a look at some of the “completed auctions” here on the right. What we can see is s a $600 Nokia N96 went for $36.25. Here’s the fun one. A $2000 Easter egg around Easter sold for $425.75. What does that mean? That means there is some surprise in here. That’s exactly what it is; a surprise, but people don’t know what it is. They want to roll the dice on a $2000 item for $425.75.

Here’s a Sling box. That’s the box that you can put on your TV and watch your TV from anywhere in the world on the Internet on your computer. A $237 went for $22.75. A $224 Apple TV 40 gig went for $4. This is the most remarkable auction system I’ve ever seen.

Now, here’s the point, folks. This, what you’re looking at is simply the flypaper to the global shopping portal that DubLi is going to open. What does that mean for me? That means this: Every time I show the shopping site, I’m looking for one or two things. I’m looking for somebody that wants to become a customer of mine or somebody that wants to be on my team to help build a million to 10-million customer base.

How do I do that? I show the Xpress auction site, show them how it works. It takes me about 45 to 50 seconds to show how that works and then here’s my state. OK, so it’s 80 cents a bid. The 25 cents goes to reducing the price. There is 55 cents left for each and every credit. Where do you think that money goes? And invariably, every time people say, “I have no idea. Does it go back to the seller?” No that gets paid to me as a commission because I managed to get one of these DubLi license numbers from North America. So, every time people are clicking and checking prices, I make money.

One of two things happen. Somebody with the entrepreneurial spirit gets it. They understand that they can step in front of a transformational moment in time, get in front of an emerging E-commerce giant in an Internet play and we able to be profitable and get there before it happened and goes viral, not after the fact. And then there are those people who just think this site is incredible and they don’t respond that way. It’s very simple like given then a couple of free DubLi credits so they can shop on me and have a good time. Why do I do that? Because once they use that credit, they are quoted to my numbers as a lifetime customer. Anytime they ever shop for DubLi credits, I make money.

No, here is where it gets big. Here’s the exit strategy. When they click on the shopping tab which isn’t up in this particular presentation because it’s right around the corner. They’re going to have access to online merchants, the most reputable merchants around the world and be able to get up to 20% discounts, 60% credit giveaways, shopping points if they’re’ shopping in Neiman Marcus. They can actually apply to Macy’s online and also get shopping points back in the form of money.

It’s just that the implications of this shopping portal is so incredible that when people are actually shopping in that shopping portal searching for items, there are search engine fees and I get a piece of it. When they click on a certain merchant’s web site, there is a click through fee that I get a piece of. Oftentimes, there is a revenue sharing where they actually purchase an item, guess what? I get in the game on that as well.

So, let me move forward here for just a moment so I can show you exactly the business model itself. Here’s what it’s going to look like. That reverse auction is what caused an explosion of 3 million customers in Europe. When I first had a look at DubLi, I actually heard about it. I heard this company launched in one country in 2006, which was Germany, and because I own an Internet marketing company, these numbers meant something to me. DubLi aggregated 1.2 million customers within the first six months of their launch in Germany. It’s so successful then they launched in every other country in the EU all 26 countries and from one point, 2 million and exploded to 3 million customers.

And the reason I got excited about it because we were in front of this before it launched in North America, October 4, 2008. That reverse auction site went up and we have been aggregating thousand of licensees buying credits ready to give away credits into the Internet market place to bring millions of customers and that will cause the site to spontaneously combust and explode and those customers will then have a piece at the shopping portal, which means when you’re looking at Avis, Barnes and Nobles, Macy’s, Baja Fresh, Chilli’s, Best Buy, buy your plane tickets on Southwest Airlines with the shopping portal, the implication for us financially are literally staggering folks and the reason is this: The shoppers get to the site because of the excitement of the Xpress auction when the prices are imploding a million people hitting the site getting unbelievable and untold prices on brand name merchandise and also noticing that they’re buying something online that isn’t in reverse auctions, they can simply go to the shopping portal.

Why would they do that? Because if they want to buy something they need at Marcus, they’re going to get a discount because they’re coming through the DubLi shopping portal. They’re going to earn shopping points that they can either use back at Neiman Marcus or they can use a GNC or Macy’s because there is complete crossover application to all points earned. They can get free DubLi credits for shopping. They can get a $25 restaurant voucher for Chili’s Restaurant for 10 bucks.

Again, for the shopper, there is nothing like the DubLi global shopping portal and folks, this is on a global rollout over 15 months. Next is Australia, then Japan, then China, in the first or second quarter of 2010 as well as Singapore and then India. Folks, this is a way to have a global business. All the revenue sharing and affiliate fees are absolutely unimaginable. That’s why I sound so excited.

Now, here’s where you begin. You decide which of these credit packages you want to purchase: 500 credits, 2000 credits, or 800 credits. When you decide that, here’s what’s going to happen. Here’s how you’re going distribute your DubLi credits to nail down and develop your customer base.

You’re going to send out what’s called a DubLi voucher. What that has is it’s a little voucher that says, “Hello Steve. Check out this cool new auction and shopping site where every time you bid on an item, the price goes down instead of up. Try it out for free on me. Click on the link below to install the auction tracker on your desktop and get the free auction bid I have sent you. Once you’ve tried, I love to know what you think.”

And they simply click on this link right here, this little auction tracker. It’s called a cinch, downloads right on your desktop. Once it downloads there now coded to my number as a lifetime customer. Anytime they buy credits, I make money. Anytime they got to shopping portal to shop and make search engine fees, I make click through fees and a revenue share of what they buy. Now, this cinch has a “my current options” tab right inside, an icon. They simply click it. They don’t have to go on the Internet. This will take them right to the shopping site coded to your license.

Here’s what’s going to happen. We’ve aggregated about 30 million credits a month, 5000 of licensees in North American and we’re just about ready to launch these credits to our customer base in the Internet using the cinch and all those customers converging on the reverse auction site by the hundred of thousands, what do you think is going to happen? They’re clicking using their 10 free credits they are going to get. Those prices are going to absolutely implode. Imagine getting an $1850 Gucci bag for $75.50. Imagine getting a $300,000 condominium on the Black Sea that has happened in Europe last month for $12000. Imagine getting a $22,000 Harley Davidson for $1400.50.

Are these people going to tell people? They absolutely are. Not only that, they could not only tell their friends, they can click on this “tell a friend” button and have a cinch with 10 shopping credits sent to their friends from you which makes their friends your customer base as well.
