Do you guys think that there is room to create another web hosting company. There are more than 40,000 hosting businesses to date and the industry is totally saturated.

But i do think there is room for many hosting companies. WHY? becuase there are many fly by night companies in operation.

yep, you got that right, there are a big number of kiddie hosts operating from resellers, i am not saying they are no good, some of them provide a better service than some of the other "adult" web hosts, but as you said, lots are fly by night web hosts, so I would say yes, there is always room for more

There is allways room for competition, imo. The main reason that most hosts (kiddie or not) don't last more then a few months is because they don't understand that if you quit, you'll never succeed.
