Well, you've made a good start. Now comes the important next step. Do some keyword research on your niche of obesity and getting fit. Find out what terms people are using to search for info. on those subjects in Google, etc., and then build pages devoted to those specific phrases.

If you build them properly, the search engines will begin to start sending you free targeted traffic to your site. Be sure that you are offering good quality content so that people will come back again and again.
