Hey there, I've been sick and kids have been sick and I'm just plain tired. I need a pick me up (legal of course ) to get me back on track with my business. So what do you guys do when life get's you down?

Umnnn, have S-E-X??? It's a surefire picker-upper. Good exercise, releases feel-good hormones, and burns calories. If you're not up to it yet, then a good cuddle can do wonders too. |

I find a few rounds of yogic exercises works wonders. There are a series of yoga breathing exercises called " pranayama" which are very effective. They do not take more than 5-10 minutes a day, and are mainly different ways of breathing. They help soothe the body and release tensions.
