Why not use the points earned by eligible members for ad credits. A rotating banner can be setup on the header where members can redeem their points for ad banner exposures. The PHP script PHPADS is good for ad or banner management.

I like that idea... maybe also offer the ability to get a text link ad or a special advertising section where we can place a banner.

Advertising is a hot commodity to people like us and would welcome any shot we can get at free ones!

That is a great idea. I would love to see something like that hit here. Advertising is looked for by me in a high way as it sometime will be that one presence that makes all the difference.

This is great Idea mysteryshop. I am happy we have rotating banner where we would sumbit our text or bannar ads. Also point problem would be solved because many people talking about useless points.

Has anyone noticed that the points are gone? Well except for Paul.

Yes i removed the points system as it was not working correctly. If you enter our monthly competitions this is were you can win advertisment space on THB.

If you hurry there are 2 days left of the November competition. Its a really easy and fun competition. Don't think you would beat the leader but stranger things have happend!

Sorry to hear that the points have vanished!! I was hoping to earn something from them!!
Now that November is over I look forward to the December competition - and even though I have rarely won anything - that does not stop me from trying !

I would surely make an extra effort if this forum can offer ad links or banner ad links to active members. Hope the point system module could be fixed soon to make things easier for the administrator later should the ad links proposal will push thru.
