Default How much sleep do you get every night?

I am a late riser, which makes me a night owl. I find it difficult to sleep early at night because I watch too much tv and I spend a lot of time in the internet. My average sleeping time is 5 hours. I know that is not bad but I would like to achieve the 8 hour sleep requirement. It’s good for the skin and health.

I didn't sleep at all the other night. Last night maybe I got around six hours. I think that's about my average, 6-7 hours of sleep per day. I'll probably feel and act like a zombie if I only get 4-5 hours of z's every night.

What's sleep? Sometimes, I don't even get the time to sleep as projects are reaching their deadline for me. And trust me, I'm not wanting to lose the money I have earned on these. Sometimes I will become a night owl and sometimes I will crash early, that don't happen too often.

Ahh sleep is my favorite thing next to the computer! In general I probably get about 8 hours a night but anything less and I am not fully functional! I am jealous of those people that can get bye with only 5 hours a night... I just can't do it!

I get about 6 hours of sleep a night during the week - definately not enough!

On the weekends I sleep in late to catch up on my sleep

I, too, am jealous of people who can get by on just a few hours of sleep. To me, sleep is a waste of time... time that could be used doing more productive things. However, I can't get any less than 8 hours, though I usually get between 9 - 10 hours.

No, sleep is not a wastage of time. As you need to do work, you also need sleep. An adult person need atleast 6 to 7 hours sleep a day. It is necassary for keeping fit.

Six to seven hours at most. There seems to be an epidemic of chronic lack of sleep among adults today. I get migraines the whole day when I have less than 4 hours of sleep the previous night.
